How do I create an account on GrandRoyal Visa AI?▾
Click the Sign Up button on the login page, enter your name, email, and password, then confirm your account. Your profile will be pre-filled where possible from the information you provide.
How do I reset my password?▾
Go to Account Center → Security & Password. Enter your current password and then your new password. If you have forgotten your password, contact contact@grandroyaltravel.com with your account email address.
How do I upgrade to a paid plan?▾
Click the "Free Plan — Upgrade" badge in the top navigation bar, or go to Account Center → Subscription & Plans. Choose your plan and billing cycle. You can switch plans anytime.
How do I upload my visa documents?▾
Navigate to Document Center from the sidebar. Each document category has an upload button. Supported formats are PDF, JPG, PNG, and Word (.docx). Maximum file size is 10MB per document.
What is the Visa Success Score and how is it calculated?▾
The Visa Success Score is a personalized readiness percentage calculated from your nationality, degree level, admission status, financial proof method, language requirements, and document completion. Tick off each document in the checklist to raise your score. A score above 85% represents a strong application.
How do I generate a Motivation Letter or CV?▾
Navigate to Application Documents Studio from the sidebar (listed as "Motivation & SOP Builder"). Select the CV Builder or Motivation Letter tab, answer the questions, and click Generate. You can export as PDF or Word document.
How do I find scholarships for studying in Germany?▾
Navigate to Opportunity Hub from the sidebar under Tools & Resources. You will find DAAD, Deutschlandstipendium, Heinrich Böll, and other major scholarships with eligibility requirements and application links.
How does the referral program work?▾
Every successful referral earns you one month of Pro plan access. Share your unique referral code from Account Center → Referrals & Rewards. When your referee signs up and activates an account, your reward is applied automatically.
What does the cashback from Sperrkonto offer mean?▾
When you open your blocked account (Sperrkonto) through GrandRoyal's partner links to Fintiba or Expatrio, you earn cashback credited to your account. This applies to the referral through our Relocation Assistant page.
My document is not uploading — what should I do?▾
Check that your file is under 10MB and in a supported format (PDF, JPG, PNG, DOCX). Clear your browser cache and try again. If the issue persists, submit a support ticket with a screenshot of the error and we will investigate within 24 hours.
Can I use GrandRoyal Visa AI on my mobile phone?▾
Yes. The platform is fully responsive and works on all modern mobile browsers. You can also add it to your home screen from your browser settings for a native app-like experience.
How do I cancel my subscription?▾
Go to Account Center → Subscription & Plans → Manage Subscription, or contact contact@grandroyaltravel.com with your account email. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until then.
